Day 19 - Friday

 

Feeling: Much better. :) Appetite was so weird yesterday, low today too for breakfast. TOM.

  • Paleo Forage
  • Supplements

Lunch

  • Roast Lamb
  • Asparagus

Dinner

  • B
  • C

Note to self: need to eat lamb more, haven't for ages.

Day 23 - Tuesday

 

Feeling: Busy!  :ph34r:     

 
Breakfast

  • Coffee with Macadamia milk
  • Paleo Forage

Lunch

  • Beef Bolognese
  • Baby Kale

Dinner

  • Fish
  • Potato

Note to self: have eaten out recently, possible non-compliant ingredients, although restaurant did say compliant. Noted here in case of reduced results. Not restarting, suspicion only.

Day 24 - Wednesday

 

Feeling: Tired  -_- too many early starts

 
Breakfast

  • Coffee with Macadamia/Coconut milk
  • Beef Bolognese
  • Baby Kale

Lunch

  • Beef Bolognese
  • Baby Kale

Dinner

  • Beef & Pumpkin Red Curry

Note to self: Stuck to 1 tablespoon of curry paste, didn't need more than that. Also used the new already-cubed pumpkin from Coles, oven roasted and then added to curry. Easy and yum :)

Day 26 - Friday

 

Friday marked the end of my November Whole30, as I went off-plan for some special celebrations (small amount of alcohol and a small amount of rice flour). I knew I would be ending it early, but I didn't want to be counting down my days so I didn't count how close I would be to my 30 day count. It's my first W30 that I didn't complete, but I will be returning to W30 again very soon (and actually, often W30 anyway).
