Starting November 3

I am starting my first Whole30 today, November 3.  I have been eating about 70/30 paleo for the most part, although after recently having house guests, I have fallen off the wagon completely for the past week.  I need more structure and get back on the road to better health.  I have noticed increased headaches, heartburn, and skin issues within the past week, proving to me the importance of eating correctly for health. Any tips or encouragement is welcome!
