TessTurbo Posted November 4, 2014 Share Posted November 4, 2014 I need to attend an awards dinner this Saturday and my habits have slipped since my last Whole30.Last weekend I realized that I need to reduce the bloat so it won't look like I'm hydraulically pumped into my dress. I know a week's not enough time to make a major difference, but two days in, I already feel better...not to mention, less bloated.The set-menu dinner will destroy my chances at continuing on to 30 days, but for the time being, I want some accountability...
