JustJoyce
Made this tonight - really simple to throw together. I thought the pork looked a little lonesome sitting in the pan, so I chopped up a couple of onions and apples and threw them in. The pork came out amazingly moist and flavourful. http://kitchenconfidante.com/roast-pork-loin-with-balsamic-dijon-thyme-recipe

Administrators ladyshanny Posted November 5, 2014 Administrators Share Posted November 5, 2014 Yum, I second the "thanks" for posting this, I'm always looking for new ways to dress a pork loin! And the apples/onions into the pan sounds like a great modification!
Tina Marie
I do this with pork chops all the time ! add some rosemary - Yumm I make a bed of cut up apples and lay the chops on top.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted November 10, 2014 Administrators Share Posted November 10, 2014 I made this on the weekend (minus the bed of apples/onions because I was lazy) but the balsamic/Dijon smear that you put on the pork was SO GOOD!
