Started Nov.3rd with my hubby

Read "It Starts with Food" last week, really like the Whole30 Resources Shopping List and printed out a few to use this month.  I also down loaded the "Nom Nom Paleo Food for Humans to my Kindle.  Bought my groceries on Sunday, prepped vegetables also and went to bed very tired.  We need to lose weight but more important to me is how my joints aches and my body feels as I get older.  I see a lot of info and advice  on the internet for people in their 50's but I am finding very little for 65+!!
