The Travel Junkie
I recently bought what appears to be compliant bacon from Whole Foods. The list of ingredients are compliant, but under spices Fenugreek is listed. It is my understanding that the bean is considered a legume, but the leaves are used as a spice. I assume it probably isn't enough to derail my W30 either way but I am looking to see if I can get some help finding a clear answer. Is Fenugreek W30 compliant? Moderators ShannonM816 Posted November 7, 2014 Moderators Share Posted November 7, 2014 I googled it, to see if it's been addressed before, and it does seem to be okay. That's the best way to find out if things have been discussed before in the forum, google Whole30 + whatever you're looking for, in this case Whole30 fenugreek. The Travel Junkie
I saw the one thread, but the answers were mixed and no moderator signed off on the spice. I am hoping for a clearer answer.
