CharlotteWhole30
Hi fellow Whole 30 crew! I have been following a sugar-free lifestyle for quite a while, but now doing Whole 30 breakfast really throws me off (as I would normally have grains or dairy as the primary source) What would you recommend eating for breakfast? Preferably meals that don't require a lot of work- as I have about 15 minutes to prepare and eat breakfast in the morning. Thanks in advance! Sleeve
Make extra food at dinner, and have leftovers as "meal 1". Prep and partially cook some omelette fillers while cooking dinner, then reheat them and dump the eggs on them in the morning. Make omelettes with dinner leftovers. Wrap leftovers in lettuce, open mouth, nom.
