I'm back for Round 2.  I did it in February 2014 and unsuccessfully started multiple times this year.

 

My WHY:

1. To make food a non-issue and take the 'emotion' out of eating

2. Focus on life- family, relationships, activities

3. Define success so I can give myself credit and feel successful

 

Action steps:
1. Journal daily

2. Re-read the Whole Daily each day (They're saved in my inbox)

3. Remind myself of my WHY

4. Give myself credit
