Tanja Posted November 11, 2014 Share Posted November 11, 2014 I'm back for Round 2. I did it in February 2014 and unsuccessfully started multiple times this year. My WHY: 1. To make food a non-issue and take the 'emotion' out of eating 2. Focus on life- family, relationships, activities 3. Define success so I can give myself credit and feel successful Action steps:1.
