I stuck to my whole30 kinda, except that I added limited sugar back... Ummm... Too much sugars back... Since March I have lost a total of 60lbs. But my sugar cravings are killing my progress... Too much fruit, too much sweeteners (which by the way, I learned I am sensitive to STEVIA, yep... Pretty much removes all fake/non-sugars off my list). This time around my goal is to limit fruits to 1 per day or less. Remove my SWYPO paleo replacement foods. And just reset my system. I am not sure i can do it, but I so badly need to try....
