lelani Posted November 14, 2014 Share Posted November 14, 2014 Ok, I have quit whining and Weighed myself. I am staying off that dam thing, for at least a month now. Just don't like eating off plan, I feel I am betraying myself. So although yesterday was compliant and great, I will officially start today. Things I am working on. 1) No snacking after supper. even though I compliant snack I don't need the food, it is habit. 2) Stay away from that stupid scale, one of the biggest challenges for me. so Scared my weight will go up with all this wonderful food. not used to eating so much, however the first whole30 proved if I stick mainly to veg and meat I will be ok. very limited potatoes of any kind. just a yam once a week is fine. 3)Working on keeping my vegetables raw, more than sautéing them in cocoanut oil. 4) Even though I am in a lot of pain, exercise a little more. I have been excercising, but not as much as I would like. Ok that is about it. So November 14th, 1st day of my 2nd whole30. Ps. lelani Posted November 18, 2014 Author Share Posted November 18, 2014 Actually I like em cooked better too, was just thinking about vitamins etc. Made a great Beef stewp the other day, Had some for breakfast, I was really hungry for some reason. Yup late at night, Caved and had a slice of bread with my wonderful whole30 moose steak. sheesh Ok start again. I'm over it. So it is November 19th and Doing my whole30 until December 19 why cause it is the only way I feel good. I know this. Start Day one again today. Breakfast, lettuce,almond butter, onion and tuna wraps (the lettuce is the wrap) and 1/3 banana. Christmas eve is my day30. Had a great Frittata for breakfast, no cheese of course. 2 cups of mixed veg and turmeric and 2 eggs, yummers. Lunch 4 oz moose steak and a big romaine salad, yummers too. lotsa water. Day 3..... lelani Posted December 4, 2014 Author Share Posted December 4, 2014 Ok , Good Day 2 of whole20 on track and seemed motivated. Yesterday ate: 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup cocoanut milk, 1 egg. Breakfast Lunch: salmon (Home canned), Spaghetti squash, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes. I made these into a Salmon Casserole. very good Dinner, Baked Chicken, too lazy for anything else. I seem to lazy right now to do a lot of prep and cooking for some reason....Oh well accept how I feel and move forward with excercise and propper food. Eventually things will turn around.
