healthydoc Posted November 16, 2014 Share Posted November 16, 2014 I'm a first year internal medicine resident and I've been letting the stress of my intern year lead me to some very unhealthy eating the past 4 months and I'm finding myself more tired the worse I eat. So I'm trying to get back on track using the Whole 30. If anyone else is starting tomorrow I could use some encouragement during the journey!
