Jess' Whole 30 Log - Starting 11/16

I will be starting my whole 30 adventure today. I'm extremely excited as I've let my health take a back seat for the past 4-5 months as I've started my first year of residency. I am striving for not only a better diet but all around wellness.

Here are my goals for the next 30 days.


1. Put only healthy things in my body per the Whole30 program

2. Develop a realistic exercise/wellness routine that I can stick to with my busy schedule

3. Get rid of distractions that are not useful and take away from time with my husband and my career, especially facebook


I look forward to starting the journey!
