Tiger Blood to Tired wanting bed... what's going on?

I was feeling amazing around day 10- tons of energy to exercise again, strange general euphoria, no stress or anxiety, thinner, clear skin... just amazing... then! around day 13-14 I began to wake up tired and feel cloudy all day long.. what is going on? Where did that amazing energy go when I am eating the exact same way? 


Meal 1- eggs, bacon, avocado

Meal 2- meat, greens and starchy vegetables

Meal 3- meat, greens and starchy vegetables 

Snack: Apple + almonds and a small portion of dried apple 

Drink: Tea w/ lemon, plenty of water

A few opportunities for changes that may make a difference:

- Add 1-3 cups of veggies to meal 1 (also confirm the bacon is compliant)
- Are you having fats at meals 2 and 3?

- Are you getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep nightly?
- Are you drinking water daily in the amount of at least 1/2 an ounce of water per pound of body weight?
- Are you doing any exercise? If so, what is your routine?
- The recommended snack is a mini-meal of protein, veg and fat. Nuts are a fat source on a Whole30. Save fruit to have with or immediately after your main meals only, not as part of a snack.
