iloveartichokes
I was on the fence about keeping a log this time around, but I think it really helps keep me accountable, and I know I need all the help I can get...so, here we go! For this W30, I'm eliminating fruit and nut butters because one of my goals is to lose weight, and I tend to get carried away with these. I've also decided to log my exercising, which I started to do more regularly at the end of my last W30. Here's my whole explanation for doing W30 a second time: http://forum.whole9l...__fromsearch__1 Here we go!

judybot
I love the idea of keeping a photo log of your food...I think I might try this too! It should definitely keep me accountable and more aware of portions and snacking. Best of luck to you on your 2nd Whole30. It sounds like you learned a lot from your last attempt and are really setting yourself up for success this time around. Keep up the good work! iloveartichokes
Kind of surprised that it's already Day 3. Had a headache all day yesterday...probably sugar/caffeine withdrawals. Feeling mostly better today, but definitely missing fruit, especially in the AM. Hopefully this will change. 3:1 hard-boiled eggs, cucumber, coconut water
Laura B
Yum I still haven't made deviled eggs yet. Definitely on my to do list! Good luck with your 2nd W30!

iloveartichokes
4:2 chicken veggie soup "single", deviled eggs (the last of them...gotta make more!), iced vanilla green tea, handful of pistachios (not pictured). I know I said no "bowls of pistachios", but I made an exception today because I felt really hungry. I think I'm fine as long as I don't make it a habit.
