Avocado in a tube

The whole30 doesn't have a rule that says "no processed food". The whole30 is about ingredients, for the most part, so avocado in a tube could be compliant, just like wholly guacamole (which is basically avocado in a plastic cup or squeeze pack) is compliant.

Doing a little research, I'm finding avofresh, avocado in a tube to contain xanthian gum (415) and sodium alginate (401). Both of these are permitted. I do want to be clear though: avocado in a tube is processed food. You can have it on the whole30, but it would be better if you had a regular avocado that came in the form of an avocado.
