freckled_blonde_80
Figured I would get back on track. I last did a successful Whole 30 about 2 years ago, but would really like to get the ball rolling, and do not want to wait until New Year's like a lot of people. Also, nursing a fractured tailbone so I'm somewhat limited...but Challenge Accepted! So who's with me?
Luvdogs
Me! I started on the same day. I did a Whole 30 January 2013. We mostly eat "primal/paleo" but lately I have horrible binge weekends. I competed twice in physique contests and I think all that dieting messed with my head a bit. So, back to normal, healthy, "from nature" foods! Need to slay the sugar dragon! Hutlifr
Luvdog, I did a whole30 extended to 59 days because I felt I was not where I should be after 30 days. I can say that doing it for longer than 30 days did reset my brain in many areas. Staying away among others from my favorite Swiss chocolate is no longer a challenge! After 59 days my brain no longer tells me I need it! I heard others had similar experiences with food without breaks...
