hannahrae
So, I have been woken up by sever cramping in my calf twice since I began my whole 30. I have had this in my life before, although not in this frequency since I was a high school athlete. I historically had understood it as a lack of potassium, and ate things like bananas and broccoli (and others in its family) to try and add more in. Well my question is, because I am eating these foods already with frequency, do I need to add a supplement on top? Or is it not a potassium issue at all? Tina Marie
I also have leg cramps - I drink a lot of filtered water.. A suggestion I received is to drink mineral water. And that has decreased my leg cramps !!
