Reintroducing Vitamins?

Today's Day 30 for me and I have a question that may have been answered elsewhere but I can't find it. I did away with my multivitamin for my 30 days because it contained vitamin E (and therefore, soy). I'm assuming that should go back into rotation when I reintroduce legumes tomorrow but I was wondering whether or not I should add it and keep it, or add it for the day and then ditch it again while reintroducing the other groups. The multivitamin I take is actually the one referenced in the book so I know it's a quality product.
