Dream4Muse Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 Today's Day 30 for me and I have a question that may have been answered elsewhere but I can't find it. I did away with my multivitamin for my 30 days because it contained vitamin E (and therefore, soy). I'm assuming that should go back into rotation when I reintroduce legumes tomorrow but I was wondering whether or not I should add it and keep it, or add it for the day and then ditch it again while reintroducing the other groups. GFChris Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 I would reintroduce other soy products first on legume day, see how/whether you react, and then when you're done with your entire reintroduction process, add back in the multivitamin.
