Kristin Elizabeth
Hi I hope this was okay to post here. I have been doing the whole 30 for a week now. The first couple days were rough! My moods were all over the place. My moods have evened out. But physically I am not feeling good. My throat has been sore for the last week and it is getting so bad that the outside of my neck is now hurting. In the morning when I wake up I have a hard time swallowing. At night I have a low grade fever and headache. I am more tired than normal too. Some days my body hurts worse than others. Of course it always becomes worse at night. I do have fibromyalgia but I don't believe that is what is bothering me. Does anyone else have any of these symptoms? I thought after a week with the toxins and stuff getting out I might be feeling some better. I was gluten free before I started whole 30. Any feedback would be helpful. Thank you, Kristin
AmyS
This is not a Whole30 symptom/result. I'm sorry, you're getting sick. Take care, rest up, see a doctor if you need to.
Kristin Elizabeth
Thank you, I didn't know if it was a detox or what. So I didn't want to head to the doctor and then ask me what I had been doing if it was part of a detox.
GFChris
Agree with Amy that this is not Whole30 related: sore throat, fever, head and body aches and trouble swallowing sounds more like a bad cold or flu to me. Rest up, bone broth and take good care of yourself!
A_Whole_New_Me
I think it's a smart idea to head to the doctor to get that cleared up. Hope you feel better soon!
