Not only are smoothies discouraged on Whole30, but that particular one wouldn't be compliant anyway, as it contains rice, peas, and stevia.

 

Ideally, meals should all meet the meal template, and if you're hungry between meals, have a mini-meal with protein, fat, and veggies. Check the Whole30 rules and the Can I Have list for more about what is and isn't allowed on the program.
