Moderators ShannonM816 Posted December 8, 2014 Moderators Share Posted December 8, 2014 Not only are smoothies discouraged on Whole30, but that particular one wouldn't be compliant anyway, as it contains rice, peas, and stevia. Ideally, meals should all meet the meal template, and if you're hungry between meals, have a mini-meal with protein, fat, and veggies.
