Lupus, RA, Raynauds, Sclero and antiphospholipid

Recommended Posts

Hello

I am on Day 15 of my first Whole30. Hubby and I are doing it together so the support has been great! I have lupus, RA, scleroderma, Sjogrens, Raynauds, Antiphospholipid syndrome and migraines. The conditions are pretty well controlled without medication. I only require blood thinners for life due to two previous DVT's. I am 30 years old and sensitive to many many foods. I have been off dairy for years and eggs for the past year or so. Im trying to take it up a notch and eliminate more foods to see how I feel.

Anyone have success stories with auto immune disease? Im hoping to start feeling better, have more energy and get rid of this constant lupus brain fog!

Thanks

Welcome! You might want to check out The Paleo Mom blog. She has tons of information on AIP and tons of recipes. Also The Clothes Make The Girl blog has tons of AIP recipes and in her 2nd cook book, Well Fed 2, she has tons of options to make her recipes AIP compliant. Good Luck!
