Nounou61
Hi there you all! I'm on day 10 of the program and am planning meals. I lack inspiration on veggies. Where can I find some awesome recipes? Who has good ideas and can help me out? Generally we have spinach with fish.... Very boring.... I'd love to hear from you. Thanks a lot for your help! Delaine Ross
Honestly, I'm a huge fan of simplicity when it comes to cooking: asparagus on the grill, etc... BUT if you want to get creative, here are some I found in the Whole30 section of the Foodee Project: Moroccan Cauliflower Rice Roasted Beet Salad Tomato Basil Salad And they have plenty more where those came from. Shalla
I just made these two veggie recipes this weekend and they're super delicious: http://nomnompaleo.com/post/97731264703/paleo-by-seasons-atkilt-spiced-ethiopian (potatoes are approved, but I used califlower) http://nomnompaleo.com/post/67492566195/roasted-garlic-autumn-root-vegetable-mash
falquaid
I have a way if doing broccolli that makes everyone go bonkers (and eat up all the florets!) Cut broccoli into even sized florets Drizzle olive oil, salt n pepper over the broccolli Sprinkle slivers of garlic, cut into matchsticks (2-3 cloves per head of broccolli) Roast in oven for abt 12 min on each side; hi oven temp of abt 200c. Simple n delish!
