Mich
I'm buying organic meat, some grass fed some grain fed. I know if I buy supermarket meat I should cut the fat off but should I do the same for organic meat? Should I eat it? I had lamb chops tonight and had some of the fat but left the rest (it really didn't look appealing). Any advice would be appreciated. Mich
My other questions which I forgot to include is when cooking meat should I cook it on a grill, I've been doing it in the frypan. I did lamb chops tonight in a fry pan and was thinking I should be doing it on the grill. Any help is appreciated.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 21, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 21, 2012 You can eat the fat of grass fed meat, but you don't have to. You should trim the fat of grain fed, feed-lot meat. It's your choice about pan frying or grilling.
