Tina R
Make sushi without rice and dip in coconut aminos. Or make sushi with Cauliflower rice. Smoked Salmon and Fennel salad. 1 large fennel bulb sliced paper thin, 1 small compliant dill pickle or 1 tbs compliant capers, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbs olive oil, pinch of salt, pepper, 4 oz smoked salmon. Add sliced fennel to bowl along with roughly chopped fennel fronds, minced pickle and or chopped capers. Add lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss and serve with Salmon on top. Enjoy!
