sugacracka
Can I drink the super green drink (powder) that you put into water? I wouldn't be drinking it to replace eating vegatables but it sounds super healthy so wondering if I can add it?
missmary
It depends on the ingredients in the powder. Chances are good that it has something off plan, but even if it does not we wouldn't recommend consuming this. It "sounds super healthy" but in reality, the closer you get to real food, the healthier it will be. Green powders may be healthier than white bread, but they are not healthier than vegetables. Eat vegetables.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted December 18, 2014 Administrators Share Posted December 18, 2014 The ones I've looked at (Greens+ and Super Green) both have stevia which would make them unacceptable during Whole30.
praxisproject
Mark - That green drink is not compliant, lots of non-compliant ingredients. Most of these kinds of powders contain gut disrupters and they're low on nutrition compared to veggies (and very expensive!).
