Stress and Binging Triggers Today I Was Strong

So it is now the end of day 19. 


Today I got into a fight with my significant other which normally sends me into junk food binging galore. Today I stood strong and didn't let the negativity ruin my health. I didnt take the drive to the Wendys or 7/11 like i normally do. I also didnt crack open a bottle to drink my feelings away. I stayed home and cooked my ground turkey and veggies and then watched a movie. 


This is a HUGE victory for me.
