llgordon0315
This will be my first venture into Whole30 and I'm excited and nervous. I plan to start in January. One of my favorite things to drink now is Unsweetened Gold Peak Tea. It definitely keeps me from drinking Diet Dr. Pepper which I know is not compliant. I plan to sweeten with either fresh lemon slices or some other fresh citrus. Is this an acceptable beverage? The ingredients listed on the bottle for the tea are water, natural flavors (whatever that is), caramel color and phosphoric acid. thanks!
GFChris
Welcome! Sorry, this product is not Whole30 compliant due to the caramel color.

Moderators Tom Denham Posted December 20, 2014 Moderators Share Posted December 20, 2014 You might want to try a variety of herbal teas. Many of them are naturally sweet and Whole30-compliant.
praxisproject
I really like the hibiscus-based ones. Good hot or cold. Twinings cranberry one is great!

Al_E_Pie
Milo's Unsweet Tea does not have any caramel color and the ingredients are just tea/ filtered water. I drank this when I did the Whole LIfe Challenge. It's so good! Here's a link to the company's website drinkmilos.com
