Keri W. Posted August 21, 2012 Share Posted August 21, 2012 Well, I've discovered that dairy is a problem for me. I had just a small amount of cream (1tsp.) and my stomach felt bloated. My skin also broke out a little with pimples. I was really enjoying the fact that my skin was actually clear...and now I know that if I eat dairy, I can pretty much forget about that. It's good to know! Now, if I could just stop my craving for a local candy maker's chocolate covered strawberries. Sigh. Haha! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
