Meal 2: curry soup with coconut milk, duck breast, gnocchi, veggies and a salad Meal 3: steamed flower sprouts with ghee, 2 boiled eggs with mayo Tried these flower sprouts for the first time... Coconut vinegar, coconut oil. 1 cup coffee with macadamia nut oil, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange zest L - Tuna, fresh greens, green beans, lemon, lime, avocado D- Bacon, lettuce, tomato, sweet onion wraps. Balsamic reduction. Green apple. Tea - Cardamom, Coriander, Ginger Cement pond - 2 hrs. Arm/leg weights. M1: scrambled eggs with sautéed yams in avocado oil M2: baked cauliflower, sweet peas, and potato, and filet mignon wrapped in compliant bacon.
