Your Swiss German is perfect? I would love to hear you pronounce it though! Rofl

Had rösti for breakfast with smoked salmon... I got hungry before next meal, so I had to boil two eggs and ate them with mayo...

Sautéed potatoes, salad and a compliant brat

Exhausting night... No energy today!

B - Prime rib, purple tata, roasted vege (5)  in macadamia nut oil

L - Egg skillet with asparagus, mata, red pepper, bacon, cl. butter

D - Grapefruit. mixed greens, OTRainbow trout, green beans, cl. butter, coconut vinegar




Cement pond - 2 hours  swim2.gif


Tea - Coriander, Cardamom, Ginger (homemade - for digestion)

Coffee - 1 cup with Macadamia nut oil, pumpkin pie spices

Day 5

Meal 1: reverted back to my simple sautéed but crunchy yams, and scrambled eggs.

Meal 2: curry soup with coconut milk, duck breast, gnocchi, veggies and a salad

Meal 3: steamed flower sprouts with ghee, 2 boiled eggs with mayo

Tried these flower sprouts for the first time... I love them!...


Meal 2 was eating out. We know the chef, so it made ordering easy..

B - Omlette with rainbow trout, asparagus, celery, onion.  Homemade coleslaw - green, red cabbage, shredded carrots, sweet onion,       celery, celery seed.    Coconut vinegar, coconut oil.   1 cup coffee with macadamia nut oil, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange zest

L - Tuna, fresh greens, green beans, lemon, lime, avocado

D-  Bacon, lettuce, tomato, sweet onion wraps.  Balsamic reduction.  Green apple.

     Tea - Cardamom, Coriander, Ginger


Cement pond - 2 hrs.  Arm/leg weights.  Treading water, swimming, jumping jacks, pool bicycle, running in pool  swim2.gif

B - Sauteed purple cabbage, onion, celery, sage sausage, eggs, lemon, coconut oil

      1 cup coffee brewed with Crio Bru (roasted cocoa beans), orange zest, nutmeg, cinnamon.  Macadamia nut oil - 2 tsp in coffee

L - Wild Herring, sauteed broccoli and kale, lemon, lime, avocado

D - Grilled Salmon, frisee salad, Balsamic reduction, french green beans, sm purple potato, lemon, herbs

     Green tea with coriander, cardamom and ginger








Hike - snowy mountain road, 10 degrees F.  40 min.

Managed to fit in only two meals today due to my being up 4 times last night and sleeping thru noon.

M1: scrambled eggs with sautéed yams in avocado oil

M2: baked cauliflower, sweet peas, and potato, and filet mignon wrapped in compliant bacon.
