Dmccalled4
I will begin my first whole 30 on January 1st. I don't have a blog and I'm not on Facebook. (I'm a busy mom and want to be present for my family.) I think it will help me if I document my journey somehow. Is there another way? I'd like the support and accountability in greater detail than simply the forum. Maybe an app like Two Grand? Is anyone else on that? Do you have other ideas? Moderators Tom Denham Posted December 26, 2014 Moderators Share Posted December 26, 2014 We recommend that you stay away from the apps. The apps tell you calories and macronutrients and we want you to ignore that largely irrelevant information because it will frequently degrade your Whole30. Start a personal log in the Whole30 log section and invite people to give you feedback on what you are eating. That will offer all the accountability you need. By the way, you posted this in the Sourcing Good Food section. I moved it to the Join the Whole30 section.
healthyAbby
Twogrand isnt a bad app. It's like Instagram. I have it but don't use it that often.
