Here's what I ate: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Water - 85oz Iced tea - 32oz. Black coffee - 8oz ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Breakfast 4 - thick slices Whole Foods organic bacon 2 - hard boiled eggs 2 - cups of mushrooms/orange bell pepper/onions sauteed in bacon fat 1/2 - avocado Lunch 4oz - lean london broil 1 - cup iceberg lettuce 1 - hard boiled egg 1.5 - cups of mushrooms/orange bell pepper/onions sauteed in bacon fat 3 tbls - homemade salsa with 1 tbls. vinaigrette dressing 1oz - pistachios Dinner 1.5 - cup shredded sweet potatoes sauteed in ghee 12 - cherry tomatoes with a vinaigrette dressing 1oz - lean london broil 4 - thick slices Whole Foods organic bacon ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 1 went really well other than I was extremely FULL! lol I did not find myself hungry and I'm already detoxed from grain/sugar/legumes as I have not eaten them for over 2 years. Did not workout today and I'm tired due to not a lot of sleep last night. Food wise, I enjoyed what I ate but it was a bit much for me, I normally would not even eat half of that lol.
