Day 18 - Sunday

Huge sleep in! Really needed it, have not been getting enough sleep this week.  ^_^ 

Blood Meter

  • Ate delicious breakfast before I remembered to measure

Brunch

  • Crispy Porchetta cooked in duck fat
  • Kale cooked in duck fat 
  • Silky Gingered Soup
  • Snack later: Coconut water popsicle & a bit of kombucha

Dinner

  • Chargrilled Rump Steak
  • Steamed Veggies
  • White potato
  • Cholula sauce
  • Blueberries, banana and coconut cream (couldn't finish fruit, threw it in the freezer)
  • A bit more kombucha

Prep things

  • Baking spaghetti squash - done
  • Straining bone broth - to do
  • Making silky gingered soup - to do
  • Mayo - to do
  • Bake salmon patties for lunches - to do

Day 19 - Monday

Feeling so good this morning, I completely missed breakfast, I somehow thought I ate it, but I hadn't  :o

Feeling awful today, think I had dairy somehow over the weekend, ate out :( Gonna count this W30 as a bust, but finishing it anyway.

Day 28 - Wednesday

Feeling much better today, think there was something not-compliant over the weekend as I feel like I'm recovering now. I was very suspicious of "smashed avocado" in a meal out, but I was assured it was dairy free. Fail. Won't eat there again.
