Gilowyn Posted December 28, 2014 Share Posted December 28, 2014 Hey guys, just quickly wanted to introduce myself. I am turning 40 in January, female, from Germany, freelance graphic designer. I was never thin, but completely ballooned after a broken ankle. I initially lost a lot of weight through HCG and then paleo, but the last year was hard... and some of the weight crept up on me again, thanks to my carb addiction. I am ready to tackle my life again, and want to do it the "soft" way... so Whole30 it is. My main struggle will most likely be dairy and sweetener, and I will have to do some shopping tomorrow to have everything together for a useful start in January.
