New Member Starting on January 3rd

Ok so I am new to all this Whole30. As a matter of fact, I'm new to this whole clean eating thing. I have been overweight for a while now. But more than that, I have been unhealthy. So my husband and I both decided to do this together. I know I'm going to miss my soda's but know they are not good for me. Anyone else starting on this date.

I like La Croix sparkling water, maybe you can give that a try?  I also recently got a Sodastream, and had some fizzy water with a splash of 100% grapefruit juice last night (my friend tells me a splash of tart cherry juice is also delicious). 

 

I'm not a big soda drinker and it is not something I crave -- you would need to be sure having fizzy drinks doesn't fuel any kind of craving for "the real thing."
