Starting tomorrow! (December 30)

Hi guys,


Just came across the Whole30 today and impulsively starting tomorrow! Why wait until January 1?!


Anyway, I know what I should/shouldn't be eating, I just need to have the discipline to do it. I really think I have a sugar/carb addiction and want to break it. I have quit sugar before and felt amazing but have fallen off the wagon and my moods, weight, skin etc have suffered significantly!


I am freaking out a bit but I have heaps of paleo recipes to keep me going.


Anyone have any advice/encouragement/ want to join me for the ride? 


I'm in Australia for any fellow Aussies out there :)
