My Jan 1 Whole30 Adventure

I've been testing out recipes, stocking my freezer/pantry, and really enjoying getting ready for my Whole30.


My log won't be fully compliant until January, as this is still a transition time. 

I was out all day & actually pretty proud of myself for choosing decent menu options.



breakfast: whole milk latte

lunch: huge spring salad with brie cheese, apple & pear slices, candied walnuts, and raspberry dressing

dinner: mashed potatoes with peas, chicken liver, chicken neck, chicken skin

dessert: green apple with sunbutter
