Gilda Posted December 29, 2014 Share Posted December 29, 2014 I've been eating junk food through Christmas and the holidays, and I don't even want to be tempted with New Year's Eve drinks and snacks, so today it is! So many achey muscles and my brain is dull. I'm looking forward to my tiger blood, clear brain, clear skin, and I definitely need to lose kilos. My last Whole30 in September was great, but I relaxed immediately afterwards. This time I hope to set my eating habits for the year.
