C. Logan
(My apologies if this has been addressed) I'm cutting coffee and subsequently the coconut milk that went with it for my breakfast fat (I can't eat too much in the morning which is why I opted for the c-milk.) Can I use fermented cod liver oil as the fat portion? Does it fall under the "all oils and cooking fats"?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted December 29, 2014 Moderators Share Posted December 29, 2014 No. Supplements are supplements and you would be over dosing on cod liver oil if you ate a meal-size portion. Our meal-planning template identifies appropriate serving sizes: http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-meal-planning.pdf
