bks411
My sister did a Whole 30 earlier in this year and had amazing results. I decided to do a Whole 30 because my hormones are all out of whack. I am looking forward to the increased energy and wouldn't mind to shed a few pounds either. 12-29-14 - Day One Breakfast: Egg bake (Eggs/Homemade Sausage/Fresh Spinach) Snack: Tomatoes and Organic Carrots with Homemade Mayo/Dill sauce Lunch: Chicken salad (baked chicken with Homemade mayo and grapes) Snack: Dinner:
Moderators Tom Denham Posted December 29, 2014 Moderators Share Posted December 29, 2014 You are not eating enough at your main meals if you are eating a snack. Getting hungry between meals is a signal that you need to increase the size of meals or fat/protein content of meals. It can take a while to get the hang of eating enough to be satisfied until your next meal, so eating a snack is acceptable, but if you always eat a snack, you need to adjust what you are eating so that you don't need one. bks411
Thank you. I brought snack foods today since it's day 1 and I didn't want to be starving with nothing to eat. I figured it's better to have something there to eat until I know what my parameters and body limits are.
