My sister did a Whole 30 earlier in this year and had amazing results. I decided to do a Whole 30 because my hormones are all out of whack. I am looking forward to the increased energy and wouldn't mind to shed a few pounds either.

You are not eating enough at your main meals if you are eating a snack. Getting hungry between meals is a signal that you need to increase the size of meals or fat/protein content of meals. It can take a while to get the hang of eating enough to be satisfied until your next meal, so eating a snack is acceptable, but if you always eat a snack, you need to adjust what you are eating so that you don't need one.
