Icon08
I'm getting ready for my first w30 starting January 1st. I'm currently breastfeeding my almost 4 month old baby. I also just got over a horrible cold and as a result my milk supply dropped a bit. I'm trying to get it back up to what it was and heard fernugreek tea is and excellent way to do so. I don't want to go out and buy it though if it won't be w30 approved and I'll have to stop in 2 days. So is fernugreek tea w30 approved?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted December 29, 2014 Administrators Share Posted December 29, 2014 You sure can, hope you feel better! In case you're wondering about any other items, the best way to search is to go to your Google and type in "Whole30" and whatever ingredient or topic you're looking for and a wealth of info will abound! praxisproject
If you've not tried it before, be aware it does have potential side effects, try a small amount and see how you feel. While often used in breastfeeding it is not recommended for those who are pregnant.
