I think posting here will help me to stay focused on following the program. I have just started reading around the forum and looking forward to learning more. I have tried eating cleaner and dabbing in Paleo but have not been following anything in particular. Consequently, I have been slowly gaining weight for 4 months. Took measurements and weight, really hoping for some lower numbers on the scale as well as having energy and feeling great. Good luck to you.
