Anyone want to do it with me?! Looking for a support team! My friends and family are supportive but don't quite understand why I am doing it, and find it a little to restrictive. I have been "clean eating" for about 2 years. I had lost 20 pounds but I am slowing inching my way back up. I got a little burned out in September doing 2 a day workouts and dieting. I was debating about doing a bikini competition and just blew out on my diet! I'm hoping to use this to get back on track and get in the right mindset I had at the beginning of my journey!
