carriegoeswhole Posted December 30, 2014 Share Posted December 30, 2014 Hi all! I am a *somewhat* newbie starting a Whole100 on January 1st and looking for accountability and support! I attempted my first whole30 in March 2014 and made it 22 days. Even though I was feeling great and seeing non-scale improvements, I made the mistake of getting on the scale and letting that make me feel defeated. Top that with serious wine cravings and I fell off the wagon I am very invested in making this a complete overhaul for myself -- i have become much too dependent on food and wine as means for coping with stress and other emotions. I am hoping to tame my sugar dragon, find something besides wine and food to cope, become excited about working out again, and lose some weight to start feeling great in my clothes again! I am looking for people to help meal plan with, get ideas from, and get support when my inevitable cravings for chocolate, diet coke, and wine kick in!
