Agar flakes

Hi there,

Agar would be considered compliant as it is a type of gelatin derived from sea vegetables. However the cashew "cheese" could definitely be considered "sex with your pants on" (ie, creating non compliant items with compliant ingredients). I would suggest perhaps just eating the cashews and saving your cashew "cheese" for life after your Whole30. Another moderator can weigh in if I'm incorrect or possibly miscontruing what cashew cheese is.
