Newbie starting Sunday, January 4th

Welcome. Make sure you read the rules and then read them again. Many people get tripped up because they missed an important rule. Keep it simple but plan ahead. I would have a weeks worth of food organized and ready to go. The Clothes Make The Girl has tips for a weekly cookup on her blog that is helpful. Make sure you have quick and easy meals that you can toss together in 10 min (precooked chicken on a salad). There will be days when you are tired, frustrated or angry (we call this the Kill All Things Stage) and you will want to throw in the towel and order a pizza.
