mrs_ski_pgh
My crazy aunt gifted me a slow cooker with three mini pots. ITS FREAKING AWESOME. I made three two-ingredient lunches in them yesterday: Chicken + Trader Joe's Salsa Verde Chicken + Market District Pizza Sauce Chicken + Frank's Red Hot Sauce Do YOU have any great two ingredient recipes? praxisproject
I have one! Pulled pork - from pork and sliced onions, no liquid!
praxisproject
Here is an actual recipe: http://everydaypaleo.com/beyond-easy-pulled-pork/ The one I used had no dry rub, but was otherwise the same I love it because it's very hard to make any excuses as to why I can't make it, it's so easy. I was terrified of a dry slow cooker though. If yours has a tight fitting lid, go for it!
leahcarn
Beef cheek. That is seriously it, although you can add thyme or bacon if you like. Cook for 10 hours on high, or until the meat is falling apart, and use with veges for a meal (it is my go-to fritatta meat)
