This is my second Whole30 my first one was in September and was the best thing I could have done for myself. So I am looking forward to this one. I'm thinking maybe 60 or 90 days so I can really let go of my bad habits. Saturday shopping and cooking. I found the link below on the Whole30 Facebook page.
