Guest Mumoma
Starting my first Whole30. Where am I at? Weight 73.5kg Swollen bloated lower abdomen, sore stomach but not headache (yeah! Small victory) Abdominal pain during the night. My aim: to complete a Wholw30 in order to give a chance to my GI track to re-set. I am counting on the Whole30 community to help me keep on track and to make me accountable of my meals! It is only a short period. Another aim is 30 minutes cardio per day: can be a walk, run, spinning class to keep my stress level low. Note: as I have been diagnosed with IBS, I am following a low FODMAP diet. I know from previous diet that the full Paleo diet is not good for me. Nuts are difficult for me. I see if avocado is okay. Anyway Olive oil is good. I am from the South of France, I grew up with the oil! Good luck everybody Happy Whole30
Guest Mumoma
Breakfast: Rooibos and peppermint tea Spinach/cherry tomatoes egg whites scramble seasoned with sea salt black pepper and nutmeg. And I forgot avocado, surprisingly delicious. Avocado is to be avoid for IBS, I see how it goes.
Guest Mumoma
I won't log in my meals unless something stand out, instead I am focusing on my well-being. This morning I woke up with a clear head, and some energy! Little Budha is still swollen, but my stomach is less sore. Fingers crossed my Budha swells down ... Eventually!,,
