mrs_ski_pgh
There is really something transformative that happens when you complete one W30...and then two...and then three...and then four...I started my fifth on Monday. I just prepared an AMAZING W30 meal for family and friends that they have no idea is W30. I didn't feel like I was making anything different than normal. Just made sure I had W30-approved ingredients and cooked as normal. That's a really awesome mountain to climb. I finally "dropped in" to this W30 and it only took a few days! The Menu BBQ Chicken Pork Chops in a Mustard Lemon Caper Sauce Salt + Vinegar Roasted Potatoes Seasoned Roasted Potatoes Dilly Green Beans Buttered Green Beans Applesauce
