Tired of seeing my energy, physique, and performance go down as my weight and frustration levels go up. As a father to teenage kids whom I once could beat in any foot race, I find myself unable to keep up. Good time to make a change, right?! Some great tasting foods are omitted, it will be a tough climb.....but, we'll give it the good college try and strive for the best! Again, here we go!
